By joining our creative waitlist, filling out evaluation questionnaires, or engaging Exponential Funnel, you acknowledge you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must terminate your engagement with our systems immediately.
Exponential Funnel provides high-performance local pipeline design, bespoke media placement setup, CRM qualification filters, and validation audits. We design strategies and configuration models, but the client retains full organizational oversight and responsibility for active execution inside their respective compliance boundaries.
Submission of the diagnostic waitlist questionnaire does not guarantee acceptance into active partner status. Exponential Funnel reserves full proprietary rights to determine business alignment, capacity limits, and geographic suitability (proudly serving Vancouver, BC, and wider Canada).
All custom pipeline architectures, logic flowcharts, proprietary lead validation models, software, mathematical ratios, and interactive assets crafted by Exponential Funnel are the sole intellectual property of Exponential Funnel. Reproduction or deployment without explicit written licensing is strictly prohibited.
These Terms shall be interpreted, construed, and governed by the laws in force in the Province of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflicts of law provisions. Any dispute arising hereunder shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and provincial courts in Vancouver, BC.
